The scope, estimated schedule, service location, deliverables and any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before the order is confirmed. Any material changes to the agreed scope will require further discussion and agreement.

Any physical work, materials, planting supplies, waste removal or additional visits will be included only where expressly agreed as part of the order.

Pricing and Deposits

The total service fee, deposit amount, outstanding balance and any agreed additional charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the agreed service scope and applicable order terms, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Customers should review the quotation and service details carefully before making payment. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and the customer’s approval.

Customer Communication and Service Changes

We value clear communication throughout each project. Customers may contact us to discuss their requirements, clarify the agreed scope or request changes before or during the service.

Requests that affect the scope, schedule or total fee are subject to assessment and mutual agreement. Where a change cannot reasonably be accommodated, we will explain the position and discuss the available options.

Service schedules may depend on access to the property, weather conditions, the availability of agreed materials and other relevant circumstances. Any significant changes to the expected schedule will be communicated to the customer.

Orders, Cancellations and Consumer Rights

Orders are handled in accordance with the accepted quotation, the applicable service terms and relevant consumer protection legislation. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing using the contact details provided below.

Any deposit refund, cancellation charge or amount payable for work already performed will be determined in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable statutory cancellation rights for distance or off-premises contracts.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable conditions, time limits and exceptions will be respected. If a customer requests that a service begin during a statutory withdrawal period, any required express request and legally required acknowledgement will be obtained where applicable.
