1. What services does Outdoorplotpro provide?

Outdoorplotpro provides personalised garden layout improvement and on-site customisation services. Depending on the agreed scope, services may include garden space planning, planting area arrangements, pathway layout recommendations, outdoor seating area planning, flower bed adjustments and general garden layout improvements.

The exact work included in each service will be discussed and confirmed before the order proceeds.

2. How does the custom service process work?

Our service process generally follows these stages:

  1. Initial enquiry: You provide information about your garden, requirements and preferred outcome.
  2. Assessment: We discuss the available space, existing conditions, access arrangements and requested work.
  3. Quotation: We provide a quotation outlining the agreed scope, estimated schedule and total service fee.
  4. Deposit payment: You pay the deposit displayed for the selected service, subject to the terms presented at checkout.
  5. Service delivery: We arrange the agreed work following confirmation of the order and any necessary preparations.
  6. Final balance: Once the agreed work has been completed, the outstanding balance is payable according to the confirmed quotation.

Any material changes to the agreed scope or price must be discussed with you before the additional work proceeds.

3. Are the prices displayed on the website the full service prices?

No. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, the prices displayed on our website represent deposits towards the selected service, rather than the full service fee.

The total fee, deposit amount and remaining balance will be communicated before you enter into the service agreement. The deposit will be credited towards the total fee. You should review the quotation and payment terms before placing an order.

4. Why is a deposit required?

A deposit confirms your intention to proceed and allows us to begin the agreed preparation and scheduling process. The deposit amount and the payment arrangements will be stated before payment.

Payment of a deposit does not remove any statutory consumer rights that apply to your order. The treatment of deposits following cancellation will be determined by the agreed terms and applicable law.

5. When is the remaining balance payable?

The remaining balance is generally payable after the agreed service has been completed, in accordance with the quotation and payment terms confirmed before the order proceeds.

Where the work is divided into separately agreed stages, the applicable payment milestones will be explained in advance. No additional charge will be introduced without prior agreement or another lawful basis.

6. Can I request a quotation before ordering?

Yes. We encourage customers to contact us before ordering where the garden conditions or requested work require further discussion.

Please provide the approximate garden dimensions, photographs where available, your preferred changes, relevant access information and your anticipated budget. We will review the information and explain the proposed scope and associated fees before asking you to proceed.

7. Do you provide on-site assessments?

On-site assessments may be arranged where required for the requested service and where the location is within our service area. Availability, assessment arrangements and any associated charges will be explained before an appointment is confirmed.

An initial discussion or assessment does not constitute acceptance of additional work. Any subsequent work will be subject to an agreed scope and quotation.

8. Which locations do you serve?

Service availability depends on the location of the property, travel requirements, the nature of the work and our scheduling capacity.

Please provide your property location when making an enquiry. We will confirm whether the requested service can be arranged and identify any applicable travel costs before you commit to the order.

9. How long will my garden improvement service take?

The timeframe depends on the size of the area, the agreed work, weather conditions, access arrangements, material availability and any preparation required.

We will provide an estimated schedule when confirming your quotation. If circumstances materially affect the expected timing, we will communicate the relevant changes and discuss an appropriate arrangement.

10. Do I need to prepare my garden before the appointment?

Depending on the agreed work, you may need to provide access to the garden, move personal belongings, identify existing plants or features that must remain, and inform us of relevant property restrictions.

Any specific preparation requirements will be communicated before the appointment. Additional work arising from undisclosed conditions will be discussed with you before proceeding.

11. Can I change my requirements after placing an order?

You may request changes before or during the service. We will assess whether the requested changes are practicable and explain any effect on the scope, price or schedule.

Changes will only proceed once the revised arrangements have been agreed. Work already completed and costs properly incurred may be taken into account where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

12. Can I cancel my order?

You may submit a cancellation request by emailing shift@outdoorplotpro.com.

Your cancellation rights depend on the applicable consumer law, the type of service, the timing of the request and whether work has begun or been completed. Any applicable statutory withdrawal period will be respected.

Where a statutory right to withdraw applies, it will take precedence over any inconsistent contractual term. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the procedure and further details.

13. Can I receive a refund of my deposit?

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the cancellation, the work already performed and the applicable contractual and statutory rules.

A deposit is not automatically forfeited merely because a customer cancels. Where a refund is due, it will be calculated and processed in accordance with the applicable law and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Please email shift@outdoorplotpro.com with your order details and cancellation request.

14. What happens if Outdoorplotpro needs to reschedule?

If we need to change a confirmed appointment, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative arrangement.

If the change cannot be resolved, or the agreed service cannot be supplied, any refund or other remedy due will be handled in accordance with the service agreement and applicable law.

15. What happens if weather conditions affect the work?

Some outdoor services depend on suitable weather and ground conditions. Where conditions make the agreed work impracticable, we will discuss rescheduling or another reasonable arrangement with you.

Any change to the appointment or scope will be communicated, and any resulting refund or payment adjustment will be handled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

16. Are plants, materials and additional work included in the quoted fee?

Only the items and activities expressly included in the confirmed quotation are included in the agreed fee.

Plants, paving materials, decorative items, waste removal, specialist work, additional labour or other extra items will be included only where specified or separately agreed. We will explain any additional charges before obtaining your agreement to proceed.

17. What if the completed work differs from what we agreed?

Please contact us promptly at shift@outdoorplotpro.com and describe the issue, including photographs where relevant.

We will review the matter against the confirmed scope and discuss an appropriate resolution. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to services that do not conform to the contract.

18. How can I submit a complaint?

Please email shift@outdoorplotpro.com with your order reference, a description of the issue and any relevant supporting information.

We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period. Where further information is needed, we may contact you to clarify the circumstances. Your statutory rights and any applicable complaint or dispute resolution procedures remain unaffected.

19. How is my personal information handled?

Information submitted through our website or during the service process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Please consult the Privacy Policy for details about the information we collect, the purposes for which it is used, how it is retained and the rights available to you.
