We assess available space, sunlight, existing planters, and plant preferences before scheduling an on-site visit to plan plant positioning, container distribution, and access routes. After confirming the service details and quote and receiving the deposit, we carry out the setup. Upon completion, we provide a layout plan and basic care instructions, and the client settles the remaining balance after reviewing the work.
