We gather information on garden size, sunlight exposure, existing vegetation, watering habits, and available maintenance time, then schedule an on-site assessment to discuss plant quantities, planting zones, planter placement, and maintenance routines. Planning takes into account the local climate and client preferences, with specific costs for plants and materials confirmed separately. After the assessment and quote finalization, the client pays a deposit, and we carry out the agreed layout adjustments. A plant distribution list and maintenance schedule are provided upon delivery, with the final balance due after client confirmation.
